Family-friendly hotel, the staff were absolutely competent and responsive. I booked a well-appointed room complete with all amenities. The location was marvellous, just close to Plaza de Armas...

we think it's an ideal base for staying in seville. the staff are very responsive and responsive and deserve a 3-star rating.
