The location right by the Alcazar in middle of all the tourist sites was best possible and top for us. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Chicken Valley, had some food there.

The staff were not so friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The staff was excellent and amicable, and with great personal attitude.

A twin room with balcony has basic facilities you need. Glad to have central heating and a TV.

Everything was excellent, even so a few employees were not so friendly. The room was reasonably priced and air conditioned with an open terrace, the bed was very clean.

The location of the hotel was great - around 10-15 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. My room with very comfortable beds was beautiful little and neat. The staff was accommodating, always there to help.
