It's good-sized with perfectly clean bathrooms. Outstandingly friendly and affable staff as one would expect. All in all they offer friendly service. Furthermore, guests can use parking nearby. The location is lovely in the cafe in the morning.

All the staff is genuinely helpful and attentive and is engaged to make your stay enjoyable. The units are well-appointed and well-equipped with a view down to the 'coffee shop' which is open to the public. The hotel provided an exceptional customer service during our easter.

Decent size room, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and a shower cap in the room. Magnificent location with parking nearby. Walking distance to a bakery and a small grocery store across the street.

My junior suite with beautiful tiled bathroom, double beds, the bedroom was decent size and unique.

Best staff, wonderful views of the cathedral and giralda, everything is really good. The Michelin-starred restaurant is particularly good and having cakes and eggs for breakfast is a bonus. Overall the room is a decent size, fashionable and includes a minibar, central heating, and a TV set.

Perfect service and the food is outstanding. Their rooms are always neat and new-fashioned with a couch as well as big windows. You can have pastries, jam, fruit, cheese, and eggs for breakfast.

The location was great and unbeatable for our trip. The staff was lovely and check in was early. The restaurant here was awesome at reasonable price, we both ordered wonderful dishes.

I thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully decorated place, stayed there for 1 night. The rooms were stylish, decent size and with twin beds. They offered me cakes and eggs in the morning. The staff were best and thoughtful and the location was magnificent in the cafe in the morning.

Wonderful staff and the location was marvellous and perfect. A small grocery store and convenience stores were right next door. The room I was offered was quiet with so called AC, a larger than normal bedroom, for instance, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had 4 nights in Seville, spending my time here lovely. A junior suite with a lovely view of the cathedral, had requested this in advance. Having a mini bar, a sofa bed, and central heating was very convenient. The hotel was in a fantastic and wonderful location, right on the historic centre.

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Torre del Oro. And we were so close to many attractions, and London, Amsterdam, Paris and Normandy. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

The location was marvellous - just 5 minutes' walk from Parking. Plus, it was next to the centre as well as Seville. The junior suite was immaculate.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met what was needed, recommend it. The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were best. The location was incredible, just a short walk away from a multi - purpose stadium. The room was unique with TV, a sloping ceiling, as for instance.

Simply nothing too much trouble, very pleasant stay. Unique accommodation with unbelievable setting very close to the historic centre, Sevilla and Andalusia and good restaurants.

We had an enjoyable stay that met requests, would stay here again. We appreciated a charming and unbelievable position of this trendy boutique hotel. Besides, the area was peaceful, next to Plaza de Armas. The breakfast had lots of options and included eggs and cakes.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Patio was included. Real alcazar that was 10 minutes walk away and other tourist spots were very close to this place. We loved staying at taberna del alabardero. No complaints with the hotel...
